|  |       About MeI was lucky enough to discover Iyengar yoga around ten years  ago. After attending the classes of two  inspirational teachers, I decided
 that I would like to teach and so underwent a  two year, rigorous
 training course, eventually qualifying in 2011.  I continue to attend
 classes for my own  practice, as well as teaching two classes close
 to my home in Bradford, and I intend to  continue training towards the
 next level of certification for Iyengar yoga.
Yoga brings different things to different people.  For me, yoga hasenhanced my physical health  and enables me to approach life with
 something resembling calmness and poise in  an ever increasingly
 hectic world (usually)!
